Machinery
At Tidbecks, we have a modern fleet of machinery with the capacity for both large-batch and small-batch production. We manufacture our wire and grille products in Ljungsarp in our 5,300 square meter factory. The machinery includes, among other things, net welds and looms for welded or crenellated grilles and mesh, as well as bending and folding machines for wire bending. We manufacture the fixtures, rings, fasteners and, of course, meshes and grilles ourselves, which means that we can offer quick samples and prototypes.
The fleet consists of both automated and manual machines. We work with SolidWorks from Netforms as our CAD program for project planning. See list of machinery below.
